Advantages:

Хорошее расположение, полнейшая тишина и не проходное место, в домике есть абсолютно все для проживания, в дворе мануальная зона и банька). До реки пешком около 15 минут, до кафе и магазина около 10, отличные хозяева, которые могут помочь решить абсолютно любой вопрос в организации досуга. Сюда можно приехать с четвероногим членом семьи тут ему будут рады. Все понравилось, обязательно вернёмся.
