В домике есть свой санузел с ванной и туалетными принадлежностями.

В домике нет кухни. При этом на территории турбазы есть большое кафе с общей оборудованной кухней для хранения и самостоятельного приготовления пищи.

Базовое количество гостей два человека. Также можно отдельно разместить до двух гостей на дополнительных спальных местах.
