Прошу обратить внимание на близость данного объекта к Краснодару! Сразу за Тургеневским мостом. Большая Евротрехкомнатная квартира, на первом этаже с отдельным входом с улицы. И еще с отдельным собственным огороженным для этой квартиры двором (двор пока не облагорожен, однако выйти покурить можно, это даже лучше , чем на балконе).
Здесь все как в частном доме.

Вблизи от центра Краснодара, вдали от суеты, в тихом месте Поселка Новая Адыгея. До ТЦ Мега-Адыгея 10 минут.
Рядом магазин Магнит, Пятерочка, Столплитхоум, радиорынок, Декатлон, и т.д.

Курить в квартире запрещено! Но можно в собственном дворе.
